General issues of coordination of the activities of the expert council
- Expert Council operates on a permanent basis and is an expert and advisory body at the Ecological Construction Association;
- Members of the expert council work on a voluntary basis or on other terms approved by the Board of the Association;

- The Chairman of the Expert Council is a member of the Presidium of the Association and is approved in accordance with the procedure for the formation of the Presidium of the Association
- Procedure for the activities of the expert council is determined by the Regulations on the RuGBC Expert Council;
