Green Building within the framework of MosBuild, the Association for the Development of Modular Construction and RuGBC have prepared a resolution on the development of “green” and modular technologies in the construction industry.
Important points of the document:
- to conduct research on the assessment of the impact of prefab technologies on the environmental development of the construction industry in accordance with green standards;
- update the regulatory documentation;
- to prepare methodological recommendations for developers based on the results of research work;
- to hold a series of round tables and events for manufacturers of modular structures with recommendations for product development in accordance with the “green” criteria;
- To assemble a working group to develop the goals, structure and roadmap of the draft national standard for environmental compliance criteria for modular structures and prefab technologies;
- By August 1, 2024, submit the project to TC 474 of Rosstandart for inclusion in the standardization plan for 2025/26.
