On September 28, the awarding ceremony for the first projects under the CLEVER green building certification system took place at the Russian PPP Week.
The first projects to receive CLEVER certification included:
- Malltech, “Planeta” shopping mall, Perm
- Vozdvizhenka Center Business Center, Moscow
- STONE Towers Business Center, Tower A, Moscow
- Business Park in ALIA district, Moscow

After the awarding of certificates a session was held –
“Green” construction in the conditions of new times: Russian approaches to assessment and certification.
During the session, representatives of development institutions, developers, property managers and consultants summarized the interim results of the national certification tools and discussed the prospects for the development of the sphere.
